We accept debit and credit card payments for Utility Bills! Using Allpaid (formerly GovPayNet), you can pay online, by phone, or directly at City Hall. *There is a service fee calculated for using their service, please see their rates below.
ACH Forms are also available for monthly bank withdrawals. (This form can be found at the bottom of this page or under our Permits, Licenses & Forms page in the For Residents Tab)
Checks and cash payments can be delivered to City Hall in person, by mail, or deposited into our after hours dropbox east of our front door.
