The City of Bancroft is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team for seasonal outdoor work this summer! If you enjoy working outside and contributing to our community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position: Seasonal Maintenance/Laborer

Duties Include:

• Mowing grass in parks and other city properties.
• Painting benches, fences, playground equipment, and other structures.
• General landscaping and groundskeeping tasks (weeding, trimming, etc.).
• Assisting with various other outdoor maintenance projects around town as needed.

Requirements & Preferences:

• Must be able to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Applicants aged 18 years or older are preferred due to the nature of the work and potential equipment operation. However, motivated individuals under 18 are still encouraged to apply and may be considered.
