Wanted: Executive Director/Manager for Bancroft Low Rent Housing

We are looking for an Executive Director/Manager for Bancroft Low Rent Housing.

The City of Bancroft and Bancroft Low Rent Housing is taking applications for a Part time Executive Director/Manager for Bancroft Low Rent Housing.  The position will be 20- 25 hours per week.  The Apartments are HUD subsidized and applicants will be required to become familiar with UUD Programs and reports filed annually.   Hiring will require City of Bancroft Council and Housing Board approval. 


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in office administration
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
